As a Quality Technician with us, you will become a key player in the production of systems within Ground Combat – a business that is growing and investing heavily for the future.

Your Role

At Saab Dynamics, you will work closely with production in Linköping – Malmslätt. Together with quality engineers and other production and development teams, you will ensure that our products meet all requirements – technically, procedurally, and contractually.

You will work both operationally and strategically with quality issues, playing a key role in controlling, analyzing, and improving our products and processes.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Participate in kick-off meetings and daily review of production compliance with checklists and requirements.
• Analyze, review, and document inspection results.
• Identify and register deviations, and conduct simpler deviation investigations.
• Work in cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Report trends and deviations to relevant functions.
• Provide support to production regarding product requirements, customer requirements, and quality.

Your Profile

We see that you have experience in quality work or verification within the manufacturing industry.

You are a curious team player with self-drive, who takes initiative and drives the work forward. Since the job requires collaboration with many interfaces, you must also be communicative. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and ensure that set quality requirements are met, even in a changing environment.

Competence and Experience

• Experience in quality work.
• Good understanding of relevant standards (e.g., ISO).
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Experience in deviation management and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in documentation and report writing.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quality or case management systems.
• Ability to work with KPIs and follow-up.

Other Requirements

• Relevant education or experience in engineering/quality.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

In this role, travel within Sweden and abroad may become relevant, so flexibility in this regard is important.
